1. Grant of License

By downloading or using this package, the licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the included audio files in video games and interactive media projects.

This includes commercial and non-commercial projects.

No additional royalties or payments are required for such use.

2. Allowed Uses

The audio may be used in:

• Commercial video games
• Indie games
• Game prototypes
• Game jams
• Interactive applications

3. Restrictions

The audio files may NOT be:

• Resold or redistributed as standalone audio files
• Included in other asset packs
• Shared, sublicensed, or made available for download outside of a compiled game or application

4. Other Media

This license covers interactive media only.

Use of the music in films, television, trailers, advertisements, or other non-interactive media requires a separate license from the author.

5. Ownership

All audio files remain the intellectual property of the author.
